Jewellery, especially something likesilver jewellery is something that many people like to wear across the whole of the year but the real fact is, sometimes it is just not appropriate to wear it. So with this in mind, when are the best times of the year to actually wear jewellery and why is it not needed at some points of the year.

Summer/Spring

In my personal opinion I think that the summer is a perfect time for something like Celtic jewellery or amber jewellery and this is because you will find a lot of thins kind of stuff to be very colourful and great to wear in the summer sun. summertime means only one thing, colour, colour, colour, this means that it is well worth diving into the drawer to see if you can find any colourful pieces of jewellery, things like bangles and necklaces that are bright are key at this time of the year. These kinds of pieces just do not look right in the winter so make sure you save them for a bright summers day and I can almost bet money on people being really jealous of the way you look.

Autumn/Winter

It is not only the Summer that is made for jewellery but the winter too and these months are great for the gold and silver jewellery which is always nice to put on with the darker clothes, they look great too and it is a shame they only work in the winter or at night time events such as a dinner out. Silver goes very well with dark colours, especially blacks which means that you can pretty much wear it every single day in the winter. Do not be afraid to put on some colourful jewellery if one of the days turns out to be warm, take each day as it comes and you will be fine!

one of the most important things to remember from this is that jewellery is something that can be worn all year round, you just need the right kinds!
